The easiest way to reach us is by email. Please write to hello@habilitate.club and we will do our best to respond within two working days. We are a small team, so we appreciate your patience, but we read every message personally and reply with genuine care.

If your enquiry is about an existing order, kindly include your order number in the subject line. This helps us locate your details quickly and get you the right answer without delay. We know how frustrating waiting for a parcel can be, and we want to resolve things swiftly.

For questions about sizing, fabric, or fit, feel free to ask anything. We would rather spend ten minutes making sure you order the right size than have you receive something that does not feel perfect. Aviation enthusiasts come in all shapes, and our garments should fit you comfortably.

We also welcome corrections and historical feedback. Our designs are researched carefully from technical drawings and archive records, but we are human. If you spot an inaccuracy in a roundel placement, a serial number, or a colour scheme, please tell us. We take accuracy seriously and will always investigate.

Suggestions for future aircraft collections are one of our favourite types of message. Is there a forgotten British prototype you adore? An obscure testbed that changed aviation history? Let us know. Our design pipeline is driven by passion, and enthusiast recommendations often shape what we release next.

Social media is another great way to connect. You can find us on Instagram and Pinterest, where we share new releases, behind-the-scenes design sketches, and stories from British aviation history. Tag us in your photos and we will often repost them with credit, because nothing makes us happier than seeing our community in the wild.

We are based in Taunton, Somerset, in the heart of the West Country. While we do not operate a physical retail shop, we are deeply rooted in this landscape that has its own rich aviation heritage. If you ever spot someone in a Habilitate Club hoodie at a Somerset airfield, it is probably one of us.

At present, we do not offer a telephone support line. As a small independent business, we find that email and social media allow us to give every enquiry the thoughtful attention it deserves. Written communication also helps us keep accurate records and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

If you are interested in wholesale, collaboration, or press enquiries, we are open to conversations. Please email hello@habilitate.club with a brief outline of your proposal. We are selective about partnerships because we want every collaboration to feel authentic to our brand and respectful of the heritage we represent.

We genuinely love receiving photographs from customers. There is something special about seeing an Avro 707B hoodie at an aviation museum, or a Bristol Sycamore sticker on a flight case at an airshow. If you send us a photo, we may feature it on our website or social channels, always with your permission and credit.

Returns and exchanges are handled through our standard Shopify process, but if you have any difficulty, just email us directly. We would rather sort things out personally than leave you wrestling with an automated system. Your satisfaction matters more than policy.

For shipping questions, most of our answers are covered in our Shipping Policy, linked in the footer of every page. However, if you need something sent to a remote airfield, a military base, or anywhere with unusual delivery requirements, drop us a line. We have sorted out stranger addresses before.

We also welcome messages from aviation museums, historical societies, and heritage groups. If you run an institution that shares our passion for British aviation history, we would love to explore how we might support your work, whether through donations, cross-promotion, or simply sharing your story with our community.

Response times may stretch slightly during busy periods, such as after a major product launch or in the run-up to Christmas. If you have not heard back from us within three working days, please check your spam folder and feel free to follow up. We never ignore a message intentionally.
