Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, as all our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged.

How to Request a Return

  • Log in to your customer account.
  • Go to Order History and select the order you wish to return from.
  • Select the item for return
  • Submit a return request, and the reason for the return
  • Wait for our team to authorise the return.
  • Send the return, with the Returns form to the address below.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include the returns slip provided with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for completion and your refund to be in your bank.
