  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Once payment is confirmed, production begins immediately.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout via secure payment gateways.

6. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • As products are custom-made, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items.
  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item is returned and inspected in up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Returns must be requested via the original order information screen in you account page
  • Once return is approved, your return must be sent to Habilitate.CLUB, Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ, UK with the return slip. This address must only be used for returns, not other correspondence.
